No. frisklop uses AI to calculate your readiness score. It also uses AI to generate and adjust your training plans. There’s costs attached to such, which will be transported into a subscription fee.
Frisklop is built with privacy by default. Your health data is stored locally on your device and never sold or shared with third parties. When the AI generates your daily coaching explanation, anonymized biometric data (like your readiness score, HRV, and sleep) is sent to the AI model to generate your personalized advice — but it is not stored, linked to your identity, or used to train AI models. You sign in with Sign in with Apple, so Frisklop never sees your email address.
